It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the shipping of item/s back to us. However, you are eligible for replacement or refund only if the item is found to be defective or not as described. We only sell brand new / unused manufacturer tested products unless stated and there is an exceptionally low possibility to receive a defective item. If such a situation occurs, please contact us immediately. Our experienced technical team will inspect the returned item and if it is found to be defective, we will either replace the product or refund your money.
